WONDERING WHEN CRUISE LINES WILL SAIL AGAIN?
A Schedule of Resumed Sailings
Here is a schedule when our favorite cruise lines resume operations.
AMA Waterways Portugal sailings began July 3rd. They hope to resume sailings toward the end of July for the rest of their Europe sailings.
American Cruise Lines started March 13th with one sailing. Now all 13 ships are back on the US Rivers.
American Queen Steamboat Company: 3 of their 4 ships are back on the rivers.
Avalon River Cruises plans to start sailing in France on the Seine July 20th. The remaining European river cruises will resume in August.
Azamara will resume September 28th with one ship sailing the Greek Islands from Athens, Greece.
Celebrity Cruises returned in June with their first sailing in the Caribbean. They now have sailings in Greece and the Galapagos. Their first Alaska sailing out of Seattle is July 23rd.
Holland America Line will sail July 24th out of Seattle to Alaska. On September 18th cruises to Mexico out of San Diego will begin. In October sailings to Hawaii, Panama Canal and the Caribbean resume.
Norwegian Cruise Line’s first sailing is July 25th out of Athens Greece. Sailings to Alaska and the Caribbean will resume in August.
Oceania Cruises’ first sailing date is August 29th in the Mediterranean.
Ponant Luxury Cruises resumed in Iceland on June 16th. I had clients on this sailing and they LOVED it! This cruise ship has an underwater lounge called “The Blue Eye”. Makes one feel like being in a submarine. The photo above is “The Blue Eye”. They will resume operations in the Mediterranean later this summer.
Princess’s first cruise is July 25th from Seattle to Alaska. Between Sept 25th and and November 28th they will begin sailing from Los Angeles, San Francisco and Ft. Lauderdale.
Regent Seven Seas has one ship that will begin sailing on September 11th in Europe. The other 4 ships will begin between October 15th to February 16th.
Royal Caribbean started cruising out of the Bahama’s on June 12th. They plan to resume operations in July and August in Europe and the Caribbean.
Seabourn’s first sailing out of Athens Greece was July 3rd. Another cruise I have clients on! The three other vessels (not including their new expedition ship) will begin November through April.
Uniworld River Cruises will begin sailing again in July.
